2. Responsible for Tenders. Complete the inquiry, bidding, negotiation, publicity, contract review and contract signing of purchased materials and services.
3. Responsible for contacting customers and overseas project departments, preparing quotations, participating in business negotiations and signing contracts.
4. Responsible for supplier management, complete assessment work as required, maintain high-quality supplier resources.
5. Master document review, customs declaration, settlement, after-sales service and other work.

CERTIFICATION:
1. Valid IWCF (International Well Control Forum) Level 4
2. Knowledge of/have certification in Safety Leadership, Control of Work, PTW, Emergency Response, First Aid & CPR, Firefighting, Hazard identification, Drop Objects, Chemical Handling & Storage, Lifting Planning, AGT, Safety observations, JSA/TRA, Energy Isolation, Working at Height, Confined Space Entry, Load securing, Incident Investigation, H2S Response
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for establishing the project team, and determining the project implementation plan;
2. get familiar with the contract, understand the intentions of the Company and the owners, and determine the methods and procedures for project implementation;
3. Coordinate the relationship among the owners, contractors, the design institute and various majors to complete the project work efficiently and with high quality:

Job Description:

2.10 years or above oilfield surface works related work experience, more than 5 years project manager experience in engineering company, with EPS/EPC project manager experience, familiar with the whole process of engineering construction project design, procurement, construction, trial operation, etc.;
